Virtually There are an established, leading provider of call answering services and virtual offices. As part of a wider move to update their brand, their new website needed to reflect their new direction, work harder as a sales tool and act as starting point for a new online onboarding process.

Developing the content and strategy
Based on audience and business requirements, key objectives were defined around which the content strategy could be built.
New content was created based on a sitemap and user flows which led to a wireframe prototype that could be tested for suitability before work began on template design
Location specific sites
As well as the main site, Virtually There operates a suite of city specific sites that focus on services unique to their respective locations. For consistency, these sites all work around a shared theme and a WordPress Multi-site install allows all sites to be updated from one dashboard.
